- Rights of Data Subjects
Data Subjects can learn about their rights under the KVKK in detail from the Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data of MUSTAFA KARATAŞ PRIVATE POLYCLINIC, available in the KVK section at www.drmustafakaratas.com. Data Subjects may submit their requests regarding the processing of their personal data to MUSTAFA KARATAŞ PRIVATE POLYCLINIC. Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; however, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Data Subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of this,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even though it was processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of this,
- Object to a result against them arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of their personal data.
If you submit your requests regarding these rights using the methods specified in the Application Form available at www.drmustafakaratas.com, your application will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) business days at the latest. Although no fee is charged for requests as a rule, MUSTAFA KARATAŞ PRIVATE POLYCLINIC reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff set by the KVK Board.
The Data Subject undertakes that the information covered by this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate and up to date, and that they will update it immediately in case of any change. MUSTAFA KARATAŞ PRIVATE POLYCLINIC shall not be held responsible if the Data Subject has not provided up-to-date information.
The Data Subject accepts that, if they make a request that results in any of their personal data not being usable by MUSTAFA KARATAŞ PRIVATE POLYCLINIC, they may not be able to fully benefit from the functions of the Site, and declares that all responsibility arising in this respect lies with them.
- Effective Date of the Policy
This Policy enters into force on the date of its publication. If the Policy is renewed in whole or in part, its effective date will be revised.
